When things go wrong

Sorted by what you see. If nothing matches, report it from the app: menu More → Ideas & reports → Report a problem — one minute, a screenshot if you have one, and you follow the answer under My feedback (how to). Otherwise write to contact@devivolt.com.

What it means. The e-mail went out, but it did not reach you, or not yet.

What you can do. Look in your spam. Check the address you typed. Wait a minute, then ask for a new link. If you read "Too many link requests", wait the time shown.

If it keeps happening. Your mailbox may be blocking the sender. Try another address, then write to us. → Signing in

What it means. The link is more than 15 minutes old, or it has already been used — including when an antivirus opened it before you.

What you can do. Ask for a new one, from the device you want to work on.

My client cannot sign

What it means. Five possible causes: the code is in their spam, the code expired, it was disabled after three wrong attempts, they asked for five in one day, or the link expired along with the validity of the quote (devis).

What you can do. Resend the code, or resend the link to the right address. If the quote's validity has passed, duplicate it and send the new version. → Getting a quote signed

"Cannot be issued"

What it means. A mandatory piece of information is missing. Most often, it is the décennale insurance (the compulsory ten-year building liability cover).

What you can do. Follow the Complete it in Settings link, fill in what is missing, come back to the quote. Nothing is lost. → Issuing a quote

"The issuance failed. The quote is still a draft."

What it means. Something interrupted the sending. No number was used: your number series stays intact.

What you can do. Try again. If it fails again, check your profile and your insurance, then write to us.

My logo does not show on the PDF

What it means. Either no logo is saved, or the document was sent before you added it.

What you can do. Check in Settings → Documents. For a quote already sent, duplicate it: the new one will carry the logo. → Your document settings

The PDF does not open

What it means. The PDF is built at the moment you ask for it. On a slow connection, that can take a few seconds.

What you can do. Reload the page, then try again. On a phone, open the file with a PDF reader rather than in the browser.

My site photos are not going out

What it means. There is no network, or the photo is too heavy.

What you can do. Your answers to the checkpoints, though, are already saved. Take the photos again when you have network. → Ticking off on site

"You are offline"

What it means. The screen already open keeps working and keeps your draft changes; a screen not displayed yet cannot load.

What you can do. Keep preparing on the open screen. When the network is back, everything goes out on its own. Sending, getting signed and collecting payment will wait for the connection. → Devivolt on my phone

"Trial ended"

What it means. Your trial is over and you have not chosen a plan. Creating documents is paused; everything you have done stays readable, downloadable and exportable.

What you can do. Click Choose a plan and enter your card: creation reopens right away. There is no second trial: your first month is charged when you subscribe. → My subscription

"Subscription to settle"

What it means. A payment did not go through. You can no longer create new documents, but you keep access to everything else.

What you can do. Click Settle my subscription, then Open subscription management to update your payment method. → My subscription

My e-invoicing reads "To be linked again"

What it means. Devivolt no longer has access to your Super PDP account: the access was withdrawn from that account, or it has expired. Your invoices are still issued, but nothing is transmitted anymore.

What you can do. In Settings → E-invoicing, click Link my Super PDP account again. The invoices issued in the meantime leave at once. → French e-invoicing

My e-invoicing stays "Being verified by Super PDP"

What it means. Your account is linked, but Super PDP has not finished verifying your company. When the automatic check fails, their support takes over the file.

What you can do. Nothing in Devivolt: the transmission starts on its own once verified, invoices issued in the meantime included. If the wait drags on, sign in to your Super PDP account to see what is asked, or write to their support. → French e-invoicing

A field refuses what I type

What it means. The message appears under the field concerned. The most frequent: a SIRET (business registration number) copied wrongly, a TVA (VAT) number that does not match the SIREN, an incomplete IBAN, a date not in the dd/mm/yyyy format.

What you can do. Correct the flagged field. The other values are kept. → Your company details
