My personal data
In short
One button prepares a ZIP file containing your whole account: profile, clients, sites, work items, documents and their PDFs. The download link stays valid for 7 days.
The screen: More tab → Settings → My data.
Exporting my account
- Click Prepare my export. Preparing it takes a few moments; reload the page.
- Click Download my export (ZIP).
- Prepare a new export whenever you want an up-to-date version.
The file contains a note explaining what is inside. The signature evidence files are not in it: they contain your customers' e-mail and internet address. You can still get them out from each signed quote (devis).

Your rights
You can view your data, correct it from the settings screens, object to a processing and ask for its deletion. The privacy policy, available from this screen, details all of that.
The getting-started tips by e-mail
During the trial, the founder writes to you at most four times, depending on what you do — never on the calendar alone: at your first sign-in, if no quote has left after three days, at your first signed quote, and after two weeks without a signature. Every message carries a Stop these tips link, and the My data screen has the same button, both ways. The service e-mails (quote signed, end of trial, invoice) are never concerned. Replying to one of these messages writes directly to the founder.
Deleting my account
Deletion is requested at contact@devivolt.com, from the account's e-mail address.
What goes, what stays Your working data is deleted within 30 days. Sent quotes, invoices and avoirs are kept for 10 years: accounting law requires it, and it also protects you in case of a dispute. Your directory listing is removed and will not reappear.
Remember to make your export before the deletion.
And your customers?
One of your customers can ask to stop receiving your follow-ups and the invitations to leave a review: those messages carry a Ne plus recevoir de messages de ce type (stop receiving this kind of message) link, and Devivolt honors that choice without you having to do anything. The e-mails needed for the contract (quote to sign, signing code, signature receipt) keep going out. Their contact details, though, remain your responsibility: it is your client book.
