Where the checklist comes from

In short

When a quote is signed, Devivolt prepares the self-inspection checklist for the site. The points to check come from the works of the quote, plus the general checks that apply everywhere. You have nothing to type again.

The screen: Inspections menu.

How the points are chosen

Each work item in your library carries the checkpoints it brings along. You can see them on the quote lines, by the way. On signature, Devivolt gathers:

  • the points of all the work items of the quote, without duplicates;
  • the general checks, which apply to any installation.

A quote with a charging point will therefore not get the same checklist as a simple consumer unit replacement. On each point, the From: … mention recalls the quote line that brought it; in the inspection list, From D-… · n checkpoints says which quote the inspection comes from.

The referential

The points come from a versioned list, whose name shows at the top of each inspection. Each point is a question you answer in thirty seconds, with the useful detail and the reference to the standard.

You can browse the full list: The checkpoints.

If the quote changes along the way

There is one inspection per signed quote: a new quote on the same site creates its own inspection. If the checklist of a quote is rebuilt, Devivolt keeps your answers: the points already ticked keep their answer, their note and their photos. The new points arrive empty.

What you observed is not lost A photo taken on site on a given date cannot be wiped out by an update of the quote.
